Statement Desserts

A wedding cake isn't the only way to mark the moment. For couples who want something a little different at the centre of the room, there's croquembouche, tiramisu or pavlova, each made to be cut together and served as dessert.

Giant Tiramisu

Opt for either a long and rectangular dessert lined with ladyfingers, or build glass by glass in champagne coupes stacked into a tower. Finish it yourselves with a dusting of cocoa, add a line of candles to blow out before the first kiss, or have something special written across the top before you tuck in.

Classic croquembouche

Croquembouche

Classic caramel and vanilla, or something entirely of your own choosing. Coffee, chocolate, rose or perhaps a flavour that means something special to the two of you.

Giant pavlova

Pavlova

Assembled live on-site, as part of the day itself. Fresh fruit, compote, meringue shards and flowers layered in front of your guests.

Cheesecake Tower

Layers of soft, creamy cheesecake, finished with fruit and edible flowers. Cut like a wedding cake, then served as dessert, with all the ceremony and none of the sponge.

Giant mille-feuille

Or something else entirely

Mille-feuille layered with fruit. Princess cake in traditional marzipan green. A sticky toffee pudding built to serve a crowd. A lemon meringue tart the size of a table.

If there’s something you love and can’t stop thinking about, tell me what it is and we can work out how to turn it into the centrepiece.
