Booking 6–18 months ahead is typical. If a particular date and venue are already confirmed, getting in touch early is worth it, since popular dates fill up.

Delivery is charged at 50p per mile for the return trip from the Ashcott kitchen, covering safe transport to the venue and back. There is no separate set-up fee.

Dietary requirements can usually be accommodated. The kitchen handles all 14 major allergens, so a small risk of cross-contamination remains even when a particular ingredient has been left out.

A £100 deposit secures the date. It's non-refundable, covering early consultations and design work ahead of the wedding, and is deducted from the final cost.

The final balance is due one month before the wedding. Cancelling before that point means losing the deposit only. Once the final balance has been paid, the full amount becomes non-refundable.

Tasting boxes are available to order at any time: a six-flavour box at £39, or a twelve-flavour box at £65, both including delivery. Boxes are dispatched four times a year, so it's worth ordering ahead if a specific date is needed.
