Gâteaux with Faux Display Cake
For more delicate flavours and patisserie-style textures, pre-cut gâteaux can be served alongside a faux wedding cake. The faux cake includes a real cutting section for the ceremonial moment, while the gâteaux are plated behind the scenes for ease of service. This option is particularly well-suited to marquee weddings, where warm weather and uneven surfaces can pose a challenge for traditional tiered cakes.
