Floral Creations
Floral design sits at the heart of many of my cakes. Each creation is composed with the same care as a bouquet, balancing colour, form, and texture to create a natural flow. Sugar, painted, buttercream, fresh, dried, pressed, and wafer paper florals are used to complement the palette and setting of the day, ensuring every piece feels harmonious and refined.

Sugar Flowers
Each sugar flower is sculpted and coloured by hand, inspired by the bouquet or surrounding landscape. These botanicals can be created as single statement blooms or arranged as full cascading compositions. Every petal is shaped, veined, and dusted to capture natural movement and soft variation.

Painted Florals
Hand-painted flowers bring a soft, artistic touch to a design. Each one is painted directly onto the surface of the cake using edible pigments, echoing the colours and forms of seasonal blooms. Painted detailing can be combined with sugar or fresh florals to create depth and texture.

Buttercream Florals
Buttercream florals create a soft, textural finish with a natural and organic feel. Each bloom is piped by hand using custom-mixed tones to echo the colour palette of the day. These designs work beautifully for relaxed, seasonal weddings and can be paired with fresh or dried flowers for added movement.

Fresh, Dried and Pressed Florals
Fresh, dried, and pressed flowers each bring their own character to a design. Fresh blooms add softness, colour, and scent, while dried elements introduce texture and depth for a more rustic or seasonal feel. Pressed flowers create a delicate, botanical finish, ideal for spring and summer celebrations. Every stem or petal is prepared for food safety and placed by hand to ensure a natural, balanced composition that feels light and timeless.
