They make it much easier to nail down the aesthetic you love, ensuring your cake design is tailored to your taste. Create a folder or board with images of cakes, colour palettes, or themes that spark joy and ideas.

Why it helps: Listing your non-negotiables—like a must-have flavour, design element, or a quirky detail—ensures we focus on what matters most. This helps streamline our creative process so nothing important is overlooked.
Have Your Wedding Details Ready:

Post-Consultation Steps
Once our consultation wraps up, the process is far from over—it’s time to tie up a few loose ends to ensure everything falls into place for your big day:
Email Follow-Up: I’ll send you an email summarizing our discussion along with any supplier information we covered. This email serves as your roadmap, ensuring you have all the details we talked about at your fingertips.
Connecting with Your Florist: If you’re considering fresh flowers for either cake decorating or table decoration, I will need their information so I can schedule my delivery to coincide with your florist.
Coordinating with Your Wedding Coordinator: If you have a wedding coordinator, they will help integrate your cake setup into the overall schedule. We’ll also nail down details like the final delivery and setup times to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. I will require their contact information or the information of a contact person who is not a member of the bridal party.
Final Invoice & Payment Details: A month before your wedding, you’ll receive the final invoice. At that point, all final payments will need to be made. Please note that once final payments are processed, no further changes can be made to the design. This ensures that everything is locked in and ready for your big day.
